Outcome of Npower Interactive session with Npower Batch C Beneficiaries
Most beneficiaries have continue to ask why the long silent on the scheme and other many issues. There was an interactive session recently and this were the outcome deliberated and issues reached as can be seen below.

It’s been long I posted any information about the npower programme here and the fact is that I always wait and get Clarence to post anything on various website. As a result of the change of administration in the country, the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management & Social Development is without any substantive minister so most thing will be pending for now, however before the last minister left office, being Honourable Sadiya Umar Farouq CON, some directives where reached.
The Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP 2.0)
The roll out of the Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP 2.0) will still continue across the various participating states in the country. So far we have roll out the programme in 22 states across the country. The new minister will continue with the roll out.
The Launch of The Youth Empowerment And Social Feeding Support Operations (YESSO)
The launch of the programma has come to stay. Infact the last Minister, Honourable Sadiya Umar Farouq CON flag-off payment of a one-off grant of N50,000 to selected IDPs under this scheme. Many more will follow in the coming months.
Conditional Cash Transfer
The digitized Conditional Cash Transfer Payment system for the Conditional cash transfer (CCT) programme was launch to improve the pace of payment.
End Of The N-Knowledge Training Programme
The end of the training session of the N-Knowledge training programme across the 6 geo-political zones of the country. Out of the 3300 beneficiaries marked for the programme, only 1500 trainees reported to the various training centers across the country.
The N-Knowledge is a non-graduate programme and embodies the N-Tech Hardware, N-Tech Software and the N-Creative training programmes (Animation and Scriptwriting). The programme is focused on equipping young Nigerians with relevant skills and certification to become competent workers, innovators and entrepreneurs prepared for both the domestic and global digital job market.

The N-Knowledge programme targets to up skills 3,300 young Nigerians annually on the global radar as exporters of world-class services and content in the creative and information technology sectors.
Payment of stipends to Npower Batch C stream II
Stipend payment owe stream II beneficiaries will be paid as soon as a minister is appointed for the office. It is understood that they are being owed 6 months while some are still being owe backlogs.
Payments have been capture in the 2023 national budget as well as the supplementary budget. So payments will be made soon.
The issue with Npower batch C stream I was not discuss at the interactive session but the issue of continued stipend payment is already on the table and the minister will deliberative more on it.
Continuation of the N-power Scheme and programmes
The act establishing the scheme and its programme in Nigeria has become a law and enshrine in the constitution since it was signed by the last administration of President Buhari, so the Npower programme has come to stay and will continue.
N-Exit Loan for Npower Batch A and B beneficiaries
The Npower N-Exit loan application for the above batches is ready and ready for disbursement subject to approval by the new administration which only 390,000 beneficiaries who indicated interested and participated in the training will be paid.
Npower online application for 2023
Since the Npower scheme is now a continuous one, the portal will be open for application soon (around November 2023) as the new administration has promised to include more youths on the scheme.
